When we opened the Law Office of Abraham Apraku in 2012, our mission was to provide families and businesses  legal expertise and affordable solutions. Since then we have become one of the premier boutique law firms in the San Gabriel Valley.

We have done so by dedicating all of our resources to vigorously and efficiently pursuing the best results for our clients. Our work focuses entirely on promoting what is in our clients best interest. We develop unique strategies and recommend customized options that are most suitable for each client.

We offer an unparalleled level of service, embodying a true family atmosphere that creates a comfortable space for our clients facing uncomfortable situations.

Abraham Apraku
Abraham Apraku
Attorney at Law
Mr. Apraku grew up in Los Angeles, California and went to South Pasadena High School. As an undergrad, Abraham attended California State University Long Beach where he graduated with top honors, Phi Beta Kappa and President’s List. Mr. Apraku attended Harvard Law School and obtained his J.D. in 2008. While at Harvard Law School, Mr. Apraku got the opportunity to study under well-renowned legal scholars and develop important skills. After becoming a member of the California Bar, Mr. Apraku gained experience working at a boutique law firm. This allowed Mr. Apraku to develop a multifaceted skill-set, including significant experience and success in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law and Civil Litigation. Mr. Apraku took a keen interest in Estate Planning because it offers him an opportunity to help families protect what matters most to them- their loved ones and their most important assets. Mr. Apraku also enjoys working with new and small business owners who need effective and affordable legal advice to supplement their great ideas and hard work. This is why he is solely focused on his clients’ needs and objectives and why Mr. Apraku works tirelessly to achieve the best results for each and every client. Mr. Apraku is married and has two young children he loves to spend time with. In his spare time Mr. Apraku enjoys playing basketball and listening to audiobooks.

Client Relations Manager
Mr. Woo is the Pre-Litigation Attorney Manager. As attorney manager, he oversees our multiple practice areas. Mr. Woo is in charge of the policies and procedures surrounding evaluation and intake of potential new clients and the quality and delivery of legal services to our clients. Mr. Woo supervises attorneys, case managers, medical clerks and support staff and assists in the settlement and resolution of cases prior to litigation. Mr. Woo is also the Client Service & Account Manager at the Apraku Law Firm. He is in charge of developing approaches to increase client loyalty. He works tirelessly to establish trusting relationships with existing clients as well as fostering relationships with prospective clients. Mr. Woo also works strategically to conceptualize and effectuate client partnership plans that position the Apraku Law Firm as a strategic resource.

Paralegal
Ms. Lee is a paralegal at the Apraku Law Firm. She focuses on the Estate Planning and Litigation departments. Ms. Lee has exceptional skills in the process of gathering the necessary information and assisting in the creation of our client's estate plans. She also has great experience in trial preparation, assisting with discovery and creation of trial binders as well as motions in limine and other law and motion aspects of trial. She is a crucial member of the Apraku Law Firm and is admired by both her co-workers and our clients. Ms. Lee is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
Gisselle Hernandez

Legal Assistant
Ms. Hernandez is a legal assistant at the Apraku Law Firm. She is the supervising legal assistant for the Personal Injury department. Ms. Hernandez is a focal point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, medical personnel and other interested parties from inception through close of a case. Her ability to juggle these duties, combined with her good-natured attitude makes her a valuable member of the Apraku Law Firm. Ms. Hernandez is fluent in Spanish and is married with a baby son.
